New property client wins for The Foundry Agency

The Foundry Agency has announced a series of new property client wins including Berkshire Homes and Vermont Group.

The appointments mark an expansion of the Liverpool agency’s growing property portfolio which includes some of the region’s most prolific housebuilders and developers.

The Foundry Agency will deliver design, PR and digital services across the new accounts, including social media, brochure design and exterior signage.

Vermont Group has appointed The Foundry Agency to manage its social media, following a successful website and event launch earlier this year.

Vermont was established in 2004 and has delivered over 1.8 million square feet of accommodation since its inception across residential, student, leisure and retail sectors, with a gross development value in excess of £280 million.

Berkshire Homes has also chosen to appoint The Foundry Agency to deliver an integrated marketing campaign spanning design, PR and digital. The suite of marketing solutions will include a new website, brand, brochure and signage design for its Bradford scheme Weavers Park and full management of its PR and social media.

The up and coming developer plans to build 1000 new homes by 2025 across the UK, with sites already underway in Bradford and Lancaster.
